Eve commenced her legal career in 2004, having studied Politics at Exeter University, returning to London to complete her Common Professional Examination (CPE). Qualifying as a CILEX lawyer, then as a solicitor, and subsequently completing a Masters in Law, she also holds a number of STEP qualifications. Specialising in property law, Eve is a partner of the firm and head of our conveyancing and property law teams.
Starting her career in the legal departments of several registered social landlords, Eve gained valuable experience before taking a three-year career break to raise her two children. She joined KWW solicitors in 2014, where she further advanced her legal career, becoming Head of Residential Property and a partner of the firm.
Eve is highly experienced in all aspects of residential property law, often acting on complex matters or for high-net-worth clients. She is known for her hardworking and tenacious approach, combined with a positive, compassionate outlook and strong attention to detail. Approachable, efficient, competent and diligent, Eve is often described by clients as calm, reassuring and supportive.
Well regarded within the profession, Eve maintains a large network of industry peers who regularly seek her expertise in property law. She is also a much-loved and integral member of the team.
