The Role

We are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor with approximately 2–5 years’ PQE to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters.

This is a full-time role suited to someone who combines strong technical ability with emotional intelligence, professionalism, and excellent client care skills.

You will handle matters including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages
• New build transactions
• Lease extensions and related property matters
• Client liaison from instruction through to completion

We’re Looking for Someone who:

• Has around 2–5 years’ post-qualified experience in residential property law
• Enjoys building relationships with clients and colleagues
• Communicates clearly and warmly, without unnecessary legal jargon
• Is organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
• Shares our values of honesty, integrity, and client-first service
• Wants to become part of a close-knit and supportive local team
• Is looking for a long-term role within a respected community firm
• Local knowledge or a connection to Surrey/South West London would be welcomed, but is not essential.
